Prior Knowledge

Delegates must have a working knowledge of quality management systems and auditing within the relevant manufacturing sector and also have completed a HACCP course (minimum 2 days duration). Delegates must have read and reviewed a copy of the Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9, a link to download this will be sent to them prior to the course commencing.

Course objectives

This 5-day in-depth course will provide an understanding of the Standard in terms of the protocol, requirements and how to audit effectively. This course ensures that delegates attending are trained to the high standards required to become a BRCGS Lead Auditor.

What are the benefits
